This means your feedback is now driving meaningful change, helping us identify trends, resolve issues faster, and deliver a more consistent experience for your community.
Real-Time Contractor Updates
It’s often unclear whether contractors have attended site to complete scheduled works, which can delay approvals and leave you unsure about progress. Without visibility, it’s difficult to confidently manage maintenance and ensure things are moving as expected.
We’ve introduced the ability for you to install a QR code system that tracks contractor attendance in real time. Once setup, each visit is logged and linked to the relevant quote and work order, so your committee can instantly see who has been on-site and when. This gives them the transparency needed to approve works quickly and stay informed about what’s happening at your building.
Clearer Communication Tracking
It’s easy to lose track of whether important communications like agenda packs or notices have been sent. This can lead to confusion, missed deadlines, and unnecessary follow-ups between owners, committees, and managers.
We’ve built detailed communication logs that show exactly what has been sent, when it was sent, and to whom. This gives us a complete picture of all outgoing communications, so we can verify delivery instantly and you can feel confident that nothing has been missed.
Fewer Portal Errors, Faster Fixes
Portal errors can be frustrating, especially when you’re in the middle of committee discussions or reviewing important documents. In the past, these issues relied on you to report them, which meant delays in getting things resolved.
We’ve now implemented a proactive error detection system that identifies issues automatically and alerts our IT Development team. You no longer need to notify us – we’ll already be working on a fix. This means less downtime, fewer disruptions, and a smoother experience every time you use the portal.
What’s Next: Managing Shared Spaces
We’re introducing a booking calendar system that makes it easy for residents and owners to reserve shared spaces like conference rooms, function spaces, BBQ areas and lifts (for moving in and out). When live, you will be able to make bookings directly through the C-Hub platform or via QR codes posted around the building.
By managing bookings internally, buildings can avoid costly third-party apps and subscriptions, saving money while gaining more control and customisation. This will provide a hassle-free way to manage shared spaces and improve access for everyone in the building.
