Weekends and Public Holidays are supported 24 hours a day
Please only book-in once you have a set date and time for your move. Multiple bookings will be verified and may be removed.
Each booking has a duration of 3 hours. The Building Manager will be available to hand out the lift key at the beginning of each booking.
If you choose the 2:30pm booking, you must return the lift key to the Body Corporate letterbox when you are finished.
Moving trucks are to park in the allocated spot on Light street. Removalist will ONLY use the elevator with the lift blankets for moving in purposes.
PLEASE NOTE: Weekend move-ins are not supported by Civium’s on-site team and the lift key will not be available.
we request that residents take all large format cardboard recycling to the nearby Mugga Lane Resource Management Centre.
Large format cardboard cannot be disposed of through the waste chute. Attempting to do so may lead to clogging and disruption of the waste disposal system.
