Big Impact, Small Footprint: ‘Project Green’ Already Delivering Measurable Results

Our shift to digital delivery of AGM Agenda Packs and Levy Statements has rapidly transformed how information reaches our communities, delivering faster access while cutting environmental impact. The early results from our ACT portfolio highlight just how quickly meaningful change can happen when innovation meets commitment.

We have historically relied heavily on printed communications as part of how we engage with our communities. Today, we’re actively shifting toward digital solutions to minimise our environmental impact.

Since the launch of ‘Project Green’ in March 2026, Civium has made strong progress toward reducing paper use and improving sustainability across our ACT portfolio. The shift to digital delivery has already delivered measurable results.

Before the rollout, 28% of our ACT clients received printed documents. Following implementation, this has dropped to just 2.5%, representing a reduction of over 90% in paper-based communications.

As a result, more than 97% of clients now receive their AGM Agenda Packs and Levy Statements digitally. The shift has already made a measurable impact, significantly reducing reliance on printed materials and postal distribution. It’s the same information, just delivered faster, more securely, and with less impact on the planet.

These results demonstrate the willing adoption of digital delivery from our client base and we are now actively working to roll out Project Green across our other state portfolios to extend these benefits nationally.
