Automated Maintenance Scheduling
Proactive maintenance has traditionally relied on manual processes.
Owners and managers were relied upon to track schedules, remember key dates, and initiate work at the right time. This can lead to tasks being missed, delayed approvals, and maintenance issues slipping through the cracks.
To address this, we’ve introduced automated maintenance scheduling within C‑Hub.
This new capability allows your Strata Manager to plan ahead by loading maintenance tasks directly from your sinking fund or capital works plan and scheduling them against specific dates or recurring intervals. When a task reaches its due date, the system can automatically trigger the next step, whether that’s requesting quotes, seeking committee approval, or issuing a work order.
The system is fully customisable at a building level, ensuring workflows align with your committee’s preferences and processes.

Enhanced Financial Visibility
We received feedback from clients that they wanted greater transparency into the individual costs that make up each General Ledger line within their budget.
Previously, within the C‑Hub desktop portal, owners could only view high-level General Ledger summaries, making it difficult to understand exactly what contributed to each expense.
In response, we’ve redesigned our financials to include expandable, invoice-level detail. You can now drill down into each General Ledger account to view key information such as invoice timing, frequency, and cost.

- Clearer insight into individual service costs
- Easier tracking of expenses and trends over time
This enhancement provides a more detailed and user-friendly view of your financials, helping you better understand and manage your building’s expenditure.
