Making Meetings Simpler
In response to increasing demand for online and hybrid meetings, we’ve improved how we present meeting agendas to make attending as simple as possible for you. These improvements include:
Simplified Meeting Access
Meeting URLs are now provided in a shortened, easy-to-use format. If you receive your agenda electronically, you can simply click the link to join your meeting directly.
QR Code Integration
If you prefer a printed agenda, you will now see a QR code included. By scanning it with your smartphone, you will be taken straight into your meeting without needing to type in a lengthy URL.
Improved Agenda Layout
We have also redesigned the layout of our agenda packs so that key information is clearly highlighted. The improved visual design helps you quickly locate the meeting time, access details, and agenda items.
You will continue to receive your meeting documents via your preferred delivery method (email, post, or both). All documents are also available in your C-Hub Library for convenient access at any time.
Customising Your Portal
The Committee can now decide who has access to post on discussion features such as the Notice Board – whether it’s open to all owners, limited to the Committee, or restricted solely to the Strata Manager.

Financial Reports in an Instant
We’ve enhanced the calculation method used in our Owner Position Reports to provide Committees with a clearer and more accurate understanding of your building’s financial position. With the updated reporting, committees will now see a more precise breakdown of each owner’s account status, including who is in credit and who may be in arrears.
These improvements are designed to offer greater transparency and insight, making it easier for committees to manage budgets, track payments, and make informed financial decisions. Our goal is to make financial management as straightforward and informative as possible to support the overall financial health of your complex.
Strengthened Arrears Processes
The verification process for sending arrears and legal SMS notifications has been strengthened to ensure greater accuracy and reliability. This improvement means that all messages related to overdue levies or legal matters undergo an enhanced review process before being sent.
Our aim is to minimise any errors and ensure that communications are timely, relevant, and clear. By improving the accuracy and consistency of these notifications, owners will have every opportunity to stay informed and up to date with their financial responsibilities.
Simpler Maintenance Reporting
We’re introducing building-specific maintenance QR codes to make reporting common property issues easier and more efficient for owners and residents. These QR codes can be placed in convenient locations around your building, allowing anyone to quickly scan and submit maintenance requests directly into the C-Hub system.
This streamlined process ensures that maintenance concerns are logged immediately and actioned promptly, helping to maintain the condition and safety of your property with minimal effort required from residents.

What’s Next: Better Task Tracking
We’re developing a shared task management system in C-Hub to give both strata managers and owners real-time visibility on the status of quotes and work orders. This system will include:
Real-Time Task Tracking
Both managers and owners will be able to see where a request or task is up to, in real time. Tasks will also include clear milestones and due dates, helping everyone stay on track and informed.
Visual Cues and Reminders
Strata managers juggle many responsibilities, and this system will help prioritise tasks with strong visual prompts and reminders. These reminders will also be visible to clients, so they know when updates are due.
Automated Notifications
Owners will have the option to receive automated updates as tasks progress, improving communication without the time it takes for strata managers to physically reach out.
We’re also building a lightweight task management feature specifically for committee members, recognising that:
• Many volunteers are balancing full-time jobs and family responsibilities.
• They need a simple and efficient way to manage strata tasks on their end.
This will help committees take action quickly, communicate with contractors or their strata manager, and stay on top of building needs, all without the added stress.
