Elevated Service Delivery: Introducing the Precinct Manager

Large-scale, mixed-use communities require a level of operational oversight that goes beyond traditional building management. To meet these demands, we have introduced the Precinct Manager, a dedicated on-site presence and operational anchor.

How It Works

The Precinct Manager’s responsibilities extend well beyond physical maintenance. They will conduct regular inspections of all common areas, oversee service contracts, and facilitate timely maintenance and repairs, ensuring that issues are identified early and resolved before they impact residents or commercial tenants.

They manage building access systems, coordinate contractor inductions, liaise with police where necessary, and monitor building compliance with safety and asset certification requirements.

Building Community and Confidence

The role of the Precinct Manager isn’t just limited to operations, they will play a key role in fostering a cohesive community.

By delivering monthly reports and maintaining constant communication with the Strata Manager and Executive Committee, they will ensure the precinct runs smoothly, safely, and harmoniously.

Their presence brings structure, accountability, and a visible point of contact for all stakeholders.

Redefining Service

The introduction of the Precinct Manager role marks a new chapter in service delivery for large-scale, mixed-use communities. connection

This proactive, hands-on approach is focused on maintaining the functionality, safety, and presentation of the common property across both residential and commercial spaces.

We are excited to announce that this innovative service delivery model will debut in the ACT market at The Eastbourne.

We are confident this initiative will enhance the experience of those living and working in these precincts. Stay tuned to see how it unfolds.
