About Sydney Strata

An Strata Manager is appointed to work alongside and under the instruction of the committee to manage the common property of a Scheme on behalf of the Owners Corporation. Strata managers work for the collective interest of all owners, providing advice and guidance for matters such as legislation, compliance, finances and property maintenance.

A Strata Manager in Sydney needs to be a strong source of technical knowledge and must be familiar with every aspect of state-based legislation.

How we Support You

Civium’s role is to enhance the operation and liveability of your community. Our Strata Managers are specialists in their fields and possess all of the knowledge and experience to successfully manage a scheme in line with its individual requirements.

Civium’s Strata Managers key duties include:

  • Conducting meetings
  • Issuing levies and processing invoices on behalf of the Owners Corporation
  • Assist with arranging insurance quotations for the Owners Corporation
  • Provide advice regarding the Unit Titles Management Act to ensure the Owners Corporation is compliant
  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks on behalf of the Owners Corporation
  • Assist the Owners Corporation with instructing contractors regarding the upkeep of common property
