New Poll Voting Functionality
Long email chains can make it challenging to monitor participation, manage deadlines and maintain a clear record of committee decisions.
Committee members can now create and participate in poll votes directly within C-Hub. Votes can include closing dates, participation requirements and automated notifications, with completed results securely stored within the platform.
What this means for you:
- A simpler and more transparent voting process
- Clear visibility of voting outcomes and participation
- Automated reminders to support timely decision-making
- A permanent record of committee decisions within C-Hub
Having a single location for committee voting helps make decision-making clearer, faster and easier to track.
Proactive Water Consumption Monitoring
Unusual increases in water consumption could previously go unnoticed until a leak became visible or a water bill was reviewed.
Our systems now automatically compare current water bills against historical usage patterns and flag significant variations for review by your Strata Manager.
What this means for you:
- Earlier identification of potential leaks and maintenance issues
- Faster investigation of unusual water consumption
- Reduced risk of avoidable water expenses
By spotting unusual consumption patterns sooner, we’re helping communities address potential issues before they become larger problems.
Improved Financial Reporting
The financials section in C-Hub primarily reflected cash management reporting and was limited to the current financial year, making it harder to access certain accounting information and historical transactions.
We’ve now improved synchronisation between C-Hub, Macquarie Bank and our trust accounting software. Reporting now includes transactions such as credit notes, reversals and accruals, alongside new custom date range functionality that allows committees to review financial information across any period.
What this means for you:
- A more accurate and comprehensive view of your building’s financial position
- Visibility of credit notes, reversals and accruals alongside existing reporting
- Greater flexibility to review financial information across custom date ranges
- Easier access to historical transactions and financial trends
These improvements provide greater transparency into your community’s finances and make it easier to access the information you need.
Simpler AGM Communications
Previously, meeting notifications often required owners to open attached documents before accessing key details such as the date, time and attendance information.
AGM emails now include important meeting details directly within the message, making it easier to understand when the meeting is taking place and how to join.
What this means for you:
- Easier access to important AGM information
- Greater visibility of meeting dates, times and attendance details
- A more informative and user-friendly communication experience
The updated format makes important community communications clearer and more engaging, helping owners stay informed and involved.
