What is the Strata Kickstarter Program?
This is an 18-month program, with the pilot program launching in our ACT office, it is designed to immerse trainees in every aspect of strata management. From day one, they will rotate through our key departments, gaining hands-on experience and practical skills. Here’s what they’ll explore:
- Insurance: Managing claims, policies, and risk to keep everything running smoothly.
- Levies Management: Understanding the financial side of strata, from issuing notices to debt recovery.
- Maintenance: Coordinating contractors, processing requests, and ensuring buildings are well cared for.
- Building Management: Overseeing assets, compliance, and resident needs while keeping operations efficient.
To support their growth, trainees will also complete a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. They’ll have one day every fortnight dedicated to study, balancing learning with real-world experience.
