Concierge Services

The role of a concierge usually remains ‘front of house’; however, we have taken that one step further and ensured that our concierge staff are thoroughly trained in taking on duties and responsibilities from an administrative point of view affording staff the ability to handle your enquiry in house.

This role provides the clients with a resource that can answer most of the day-to-day questions you or your community may have about your service or building/s as well as performing everyday duties for both the property and occupants.
