This service is available from 5:00pm to 8:30am on weekdays, and 24 hours on weekends and public holidays. Plumbing & Gas

  • Burst water service
  • Blocked sewer system
  • Serious roof leak
  • Gas leak
  • Flooding or significant flood damage


  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Failure of gas, electricity, or water supply to the premises
  • Failure or breakdown of essential services for hot water, cooking, heating, cooling, or laundering

Storm Damage

  • Significant storm or fire damage

Access and Security

  • Fault or damage making premises unsafe or insecure
  • Fault or damage likely to cause injury to person or property
  • Serious fault in common area doors, staircase, lift, or other common areas hindering access and use of the premises
